Add-ons should expand the experience—not fragment it.

Add-ons are where a standard production becomes personal. Extra coverage, sessions, albums, frames and other enhancements let clients shape the final experience around their priorities. Imperium makes those choices operationally meaningful.
Curated for the correct event
The system can show add-ons according to service type and calendar context. Clients see relevant enhancements in their Event Client Suite instead of browsing an unrelated catalog that creates confusion.
Quantities that remain flexible
Customers can add an item more than once when the product allows it. Existing purchases do not disable the rest of the catalog, so the client can continue building the event over time.
Balances update immediately
Approved add-ons attach directly to the client’s event balance. The payment plan can be recalculated around the new amount while preserving the final payment deadline required before production.
Responsible removal rules
Clients can remove eligible add-ons while the production is still outside the protected window. Clear notice explains that removals are available only until thirty days before the event, protecting both flexibility and production planning.
